4 wheel service light stays on I have use the 4/4 one time light will not go out

The dealer can diagnose and repair the problem. Though your system may be advertised as shift on the fly, as mine is, there really is more to engaging and disengaging than turning the non as I found out after having the transfer case repaired under warranty.
