if the fan is making noise and no foreign object is hitting the fan blades, then it probably needs to be changed. the bearings are probably bad. ---

Agree with weekend-warrior. Pull your cabin air filter, you **might** be able to see if anything has fallen in, but unlikely. ---

Is it the engine cooling fan or the HVAC fan in the dashboard?
