Radio jumps all over the place my A/C GOES HI AND LOW HEAT COMES ON. Can not even turn the radio on anymore cause it drives me crazy. My car was put in reverse without touching the break.

Have you spoken to anyone at Chrysler-Fiat/Stellantis on the corporate level?  
It is possible that there is a service bulletin regarding those problems, so it would be a good idea to talk to someone on the corporate level. Contact info can be found in your Owner’s Manual.
