What do you mean by “going out” as in not turning on at all? These are easy to replace, at least in Camry.

I have a 2017 rav4, no issues. Might be a bad blower relay.[Advance Auto Parts - Down for Maintenance](https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/find/toyota-rav4-blower-relay)

Sometimes it seems like the blower motor has quit working, but it is really a problem with the air-routing plastic doors in the hvac system. The first step towards a solution is for your shop to figure out for certain if the problem is the blower motor or the hvac doors.
