My son is having problems with his KIA Sportage. The car loses power and it doesn’t go any faster than 25mph. The dealer says its his fault for not changing the oil at the proper times. Also he said that the engine heads were all gummed up with sludge and it seems to be going through a lot of oil too… Any help would be appreciated

Seems to be a pattern for Kia. Why did your son neglect to do oil changes? Also, what did the Kia dealer say was the problem and how much to fix it?

I am gonna guess Kia says the engine needs to be replaced, right?
