Car having issues starting! Upgraded to the 2017 Kia Soul + and now we are having issues with is NOT starting!! It only has 2,000 miles on it! Has there been a recall on this issue?

You can find all recalls here [www.nhtsa.gov](http://www.nhtsa.gov)

But the car is still under warranty and the dealer should fix it for free anyway.

Engine turns over with the starter motor or…

Engine does not turn over at all with the starter motor.
