What do you mean by “everything”?? And INside or OUTside?

Either way, I’d suggest non-scratching scouring powder (I like Bon Ami) on a damp paper towel. Be careful to keep it off the paint. Clean the entire windshield and wipe the residue off with a clean damp paper towel. Finish with a little white vinegar and water solution.

More detail is needed . Inside or outside ? Is the a new problem and have you just acquired this vehicle ? It could be what is called outgassing if inside or it could be the dreaded heater core leak .
