# 2017 Ford Edge - Screen freeze

The screen in my car freezes. Sometimes gos black. Buttons take a lot of pushes to work. Now my air conditioner is going from hot to cold. Im thinking something is wrong with that area. Also my phone will not charge.

If both the battery and the alternator prove to be okay, this could be a case of a bad _Body Control Module_ (BCM).
