# 2017 Chevrolet Equinox - TPMS glitch

When driving on rough roads the TPMS will stop reporting for about 2-3 minutes. The sensor will flash, then goes solid and the sensor light will go off and everything is ok. Dealer can’  
t find anything as no codes are sent.

You may have something on its way to failing. The pressure transmitting gadget inside one of the tires or wheel speed sensor are two guesses. You will probably have to wait for it to fail more consistently. Ever seen the movie _2001 A Space Odyssey_? The same sort of intermittent failure happens there.
