# 2017 Cadillac XT5 - what are these tabs?

Bought a 2917 xt5 Cady. There are two little tabs on each side of the cargo area, close to the cargo lights. When I pull on them nothing happens. What are they for? Tried to find out in the Car Manual to no avail.

Can you post a photo of those “tabs”?  
Without being able to see them, anyone who doesn’t own a “Cady” similar to yours is just speculating.  
I will speculate that they might be attachments for a cargo net, but that is just my best guess.
