# 2016 Kia Soul - No CD Player?

We just purchased a used 2016 KIA Soul that is loaded with options. The 1 thing we can’t find is a CD player even though it has the premium radio. What is the deal on this ???

Double check the owners manual. It is possible that it does not have a CD player now that many people use other platforms to store their music.

My daughter drove a car presumably with no CD player. I had one with player in my car that I never use, so I swapped. About 6 months later I was trying to set the time on this CD less radio. I touched a button and the front of radio flipped open revealing a slot for CD. Good idea to check manual.
