Service transmission light comes on.Had it checked and said could be torque convert problem.Any recall on this.How much to fix.Got 55,127 miles on it.Bought used had 40,000 on it.

Cost, why not ask the shop that diagnosed the issue?

You could check with a dealer and see if you need a software upgrade.

IIRC, the Powertrain Warranty on this vehicle runs **at least** to 60k miles, so the cost to the OP should be… zero.
