My car jerks back feels like slipping gears most notices on acceleration and going up hill. It has jolted back even backing out of my garage. The engine revs high at lower speed

Your vehicle came with a **5 year/100,000 mile Powertrain Warranty** , so as long as you haven’t exceeded 100k miles, the engine and the transmission are still covered by that warranty. Rather than trying to diagnose/fix this yourself, you should take it to a Jeep dealership for diagnosis and repair.
