2016 Honda CRV-LX Eng 2.4 Idle vibration after engine warmed up. RPM drop causing vibration.

Do you have a check engine light on?  
if so, post the codes to better help you.  
most auto parts stores will scan your vehicle and read the codes for free.

Could be caused by a vacuum leak causing the mixture to go lean. A fuel trim test would confirm/disprove.
