2016 Dodge grand caravan power sliding door will open slightly then close automatically. . ---

Have you been to the dealer or another shop for a diagnosis? I checked at [safercar.gov](http://safercar.gov), and the are a lot of complaints for both rear doors not unlocking or not sliding, but not recalls, formal Chrysler investigations or manufacturer communications. It looks like you have a different problem, but maybe it’s the same. ---

Inspect the lower track for debris, if there is an obstruction the door will auto-reverse. ---
