Leaking water from the side windows near the roof on both sides.

Is the car still under warranty? If so, take it to the dealership. The windows shouldn’t leak like that. Absent any accidents, it probably just needs an adjustment to the window seals.

Moon or sunroof on the car? Another potential source. Drain tubes if applicable can get clogged.
