2016 Cadillac XTS CUE system malfunctioning. Screen freezes in various states; fails to respond to touch commands; assumes strange confirgurations with repeated lines showing duplicate radio stations. I have tried hard reset bt this worked one time and now does not work. I have not taken to dealer because of all the adverse comments on line, and I want to explore other owner’s experience. ---
