The “Find Address” on my gps rarely lights up as a option. The prevents me from keying in destination addresses. Is there a fix? ---

Unlikely, when these systems fail generally the only fix is replacement. Unlikely to help, but you might try pulling the fuse for the GPS, wait a minute, then reinstall, might reboot the system. But I doubt it. You might call the dealership or search online for any service bulletins or software updates. ---

I’d step back and re-read the entire section on the GPS. I would also ask the dealer to have their infotainment Guru call you. Perhaps the problem is just the way the menus are being used? ---

Are you trying to key it in while driving? Try pulling over first and then enter addresses. I’m betting it is disabled as a safety feature…
