# 2015 Kia Optima - Won't start

Hello,

My Kai Optima 2015 model won’t start all of a sudden. All lights on dash board comes on but engine won’t role or even start. I have tried to use another batter but still experiencing same issue. I call in an engineer who used a machine to diagnose it but the machine didn’t discover any fault yet car won’t start.

Please help if you have experienced such and how u were able to fix it.

Turn the ignition switch on.

Step on the brake pedal and shift the transmission into neutral and then try starting the engine.

If the engine starts, it points to a problem with the park/neutral safety switch.
