Take all the bulbs out.

I’m guessing one of these

- blinker switch fault.
- blinker circuitry fault (if vehicle uses TIPM, definitely a suspect)
- One of the car’s computers is confused and needs to be reset.

I’m guessing the first one, blinker switch needs to be replaced.

you may need to replace your Multifunction Turn Signal Switch
