# 2015 Chrysler 300 - Audio issues

Chrysler 300s Radio lights up but has no sound coming from it . I t is a uconnect system and I have tried powering it off to reset it but there is still no sound

Most likely the amplifier needs to be replaced  
There is a TSB for a software update at the dealer that you can try.
