When trying to change the headlight bulb, a plastic panel with 9 screws must be removed. These screws will not come out. Attempting to unscrew them, they just spin in place. Has anybody had this problem, and if so, how do you get the screws out to change the bulb?

They are likely not screws, they are plastic push pins with a Phillips hex in the end. You pry then out and they often break.
