Scion TC
My son puts diesel gas on his 2014 Scion tc. Drove it and it stopped. What are the chances of it getting it back to driving condition? Anyone…

Just tow it to a shop and they can do what needs to be done .

Not a big deal, drain the fuel tank, add gasoline and purge the fuel line/fuel rail. Sometimes the spark plugs become fouled and need to be replaced. 2 to 3 hours of labor but some mechanics will try to squeeze $1000 out of you.

Seen this a number of times and no damage was ever caused although the knocking, no power, and clouds of white smoke did raise their concerns quite a bit.
