You maybe in over your head on this one, might be time to call in the pros (take it to a shop)…
You might be looking at a bad TIPM.

if nothing works it’s not that relay. Clean your battery cable connections and grounds.
FWIW the start relay is turned on when pin # 85 or 86 is grounded at the transmission park/neutral gear switch.

I mean there are some things I can try to diy. If it becomes too involved I get it.
Clean the ground cable connection on the transmission case. The information is shown in weekend-warrior’s link above.
