My disc player says it can’t read the disc

Chances are you will need to replace the entire unit.

Is the disc clean? Scratched? Does this happen with multiple discs? I’d suggest a car audio shop.

you can try a cd laser lens cleaning disc to see if it helps. some say it has on their ford CD radios.

you also can try to do a master reset. but you will have to reprogram all your settings.
