Additionally, giving us some info as to the possible area of the car from which the noise is emanating might help us to give some good guesses.

From under the hood?  
Underneath the vehicle?  
Left side?  
Right side?  
Rear of the vehicle?

Could be the flux capacitor. They start making noise the closer you get to 88 MPH.
