we need more info on what the problem actually is. how is it not working?  
the problems can be a bad battery in the key fob. the valet switch is on. a bad fuse or relay. the switch on the back door can be bad. or you may have a setting in the info screen set wrong. just to name a few.

Different car but tailgate problem turned out to be a broken wire between the body and liftgate
