I have a Chrysler 2013 300 m and the problem is when I am backing up a hill the transmission does not seem to have the power to perform

How many miles on this car? What engine do you have? Has the transmission ever been serviced with new fluid? Has the fluid level been checked recently?

The last Chrysler 300M was made well before 2013. It was a front drive V6.
