My 2012 Sentra is at 135,000 miles. maintenance schedule from Nissan only goes upto 120,000. Going forward what I need to take care of. I am a novice when it comes to cars and would not know if something needs servicing. Help please? I have followed all recommended service from Nissan so far.

You just start over . Use the 40000 mile schedule when you have 140000 miles .
