Welcome, your Ask Someone question or statement (not sure which one, no punctuation) has been redirected to Car Talk…

My questions to you are, when was the last time the engine oil level was checked or even changed??? And how many miles are on the engine/vehicle???

Your noise could be anything from a broken/rusted exhaust heat shield, to a major internal engine part failing…

If you are asking for help/advise, tell us what area is the noise coming from and what kind of noise is it?? examples, right rear of car and a rattling noise, or under hood right fender area and a knocking noise – examples only…
