How much is it going to cost to get a car sheild fix is can u drive it what will happen it u don’t get it fixed right away

If you mean the under the engine plastic cover I would just remove it completely. As for cost no way to guess as your location is unknown and if you can even source the part or who will replace it. If you want to fix it you will just have to get a price from a body shop.
