Does anyone know what it means when check engine flashes and car shakes at idle?

Does anyone experience fluttering Rpm on highway?

Yeah, you have a misfire that can damage the engine and/or catalytic converter ($$$). **whenever** you see the CEL **flashing** pull over, turn off the engine, and have it towed to your mechanic for diagnostic and repair
