# 2012 Chevrolet Impala - Wrong gear

I drove my 2012 Chevy Impala on the freeway in low gear for about 10 min when the car started jerking back and forth is when I realized it. I was doing 70-80mph. Did I mess up the transmission?

No, but the engine was’t too happy about it.

That’s a good motor. A keeper for sure.
