My 2011 Camry has 127000 miles and for the best part of a year the ABS dash light and antiskid light has been on.
the brakes work fine What can be done to reset the lights
to go off when the vehicle is started

Something has malfunctioned in the ABS system. Your brakes will work but you have no antilock braking. To get the light off you need to have the system diagnosed and repaired.
