# 2011 Chevrolet Cruze - No speaking

My car has been inoperable over two weeks now. It just want say anything. We took the starter off and had it checked it was good. They did say the battery needed replacing so we replaced that. We also replaced the ignition switch. After all this it is still not saying a word. Someone please help me.
