# 2011 Cadillac DTS - deck lid LED replacement

Can one repalce individual individual LED’s on Deck lid stop light light

The LEDs in the third brake light aren’t serviceable. The light assembly is replaced when the LEDs burn out.

I suppose if one was handy and could get it apart without destroying it and could get a new LED and get it soldered in . . . but hey it’s a Caddy, so got to expect a little expense.

If cost is a factor and you’re a DIY type try finding one at a junkyard.
