Super glue? 3m double sided tape for moulding is excellent. Wipe both sides with rubbing alcohol first and let dry.

I keep a tube of Shoe-Goo in a bottle in my garage. It does this job, and many others. If you store the tube in a glass jar it will last a lot longer.

Shoo Goo is one of my go toos too! Love to stabilize it and let it sit for 24 hours, min, 48 hours preferred.
