Just return to the tire shop , they may have to use a instrument to reset if the owners manual does not explain how to do a reset .

There should be a reset switch under the dash near the steering wheel. Your Owner’s Manual will have details if you have one. I get that a 10 year old vehicle might not have one but you can find it online.

Not sure if the 2010 is the same as this 2007 Highlander TPMS switch. Give it a try: [Story has details.](https://www.torquenews.com/1083/where-toyota-tire-pressure-monitoring-system-reset-button-hidden)
