After driving 100 meters on my nissan armada 2010 the front wheel shakes and vibrate , and the slip light come on ---

Ask your shop to check the wheel’s lug nuts, some may have come off, or need tightening. While they are doing that, ask them to also check for wheel bearing play. ---
