LOTS of base Mustangs out there, he should be able to find a newer one for that price, and one with under 100k miles on it. edit - on cars.com I found 10 within 50 miles of me with under 100k and $10k or less and 2010 or newer. And that’s the asking price, the final price should be less.

I ran a Kelly Blue Book and it is worth about 7.6k according to that. What is more important than the miles is maintenance records. Unless it can be proven that all the maintenence has been done on the vehicle, then I would worry with such a high mileage.
