# 2010 Lincoln MKX power mirror malfunction

The p/o/m gears could be binding or broken.Remove the plastic shell and see what is going on.There is a way to remove the mirror to access the gear but you need instructions or a youtube video on the subject.

What do you mean by ‘not functioning properly’? Not moving at all? Or not remembering the presets?
