Back door (“trunk”) doesn’t open, whether I press the dashboard icon or stand directly behind the car and press icon on my key. How can I open the door? ---

Do you hear anything moving when you press the button? Does it make any difference if you push down on the trunk lid when you press the button? ---

Check the back door cancel switch in the glove box.
