# 2009 Suzuki SX4 - trouble with bushings

There is seemingly an endless stream of problems with bushings on the vehicle: the control arm, rack and pinion, etc.Also, the clips are wearing so badly. Almost all the black trimmings around the vehicle are falling off, even those on the carrier on the top. .

Premature bushing failures many times are caused by fluid contamination. Unrepaired leaks in power steering, oil or transmission fluids will get on rubber bushings and deteriate them.
