# 2009 f 150 sync/bluetooth problem

I have a 2009 f 150 with a sync/bluetooth problem. The phone system won’t let me call any of my downloaded phone numbers - my cellphone is compatible with the system. What do I need to do to fix this? I took it back to the dealer and they said they tried some stuff but still doesn’t work - did get 1 number the second time but it took awhile. Can ya help and Thanks!!

Make sure you don’t have any non-letter characters in any of the names in your phone book. A single character such as “&” or “-” or several others in even just one name in the list can mess up the system.
