Getting cold air only out defroster and passenger side climate control vents. Driver side works fine between AC and heat

Sounds like a bad airflow direction actuator. The actuators are not expensive but they can be hard to reach.

Journey has three actuators. One on drivers side, one left of glove box, one right of glove box. Right one is recirculation actuator, left of glove box is the flow control, ie defroster, upper dashboard vents, under dashboard vents. Not sure on driver side one purpose. I have been able to watch the two glove box ones actually operate and rotate. Just noticed that the passenger side operator controls are also not illuminated.

You seem to be on top of this.

Just curious, why did you post here? What were you expecting for an answer?
