I have my low beams set on automatic so I don’t pay much attention to when they are on but today I went to leave for work and they weren’t working. The highbeams were working so I had to use that to navigate my way to work in the dark. Is there a recall for this?

Seriously , you think there is going to be a recall because the bulbs burnt out after 11 years ? Not a chance . Replace the bulbs one at a time . It the first one lights then the second should light also.
