Has anyone had Chrysler warranty their cross members when they completed rusted out?

If it happened under warranty I imagine people have, but your Jeep is 11 years old and way out of warranty. You could try and contact Chrysler through the information in your owners manual and see if they would do a good faith repair or cover part of the bill, but I wouldn’t hold your breath

If you plan on keeping the vehicle, you’re going to need one of these.

You are just out of the coverage period, but Chrysler did extend the warranty to 10 years for this defect.
