My car has 39,000 miles always garage kept and does not sit out in the sun. Noticed within the month that the dash has cracked at the vent openings and even across the passenger side. This has happened within the month and was in the garage under a cover.

Given the description, I’d guess that you want another dashboard. I suggest you look around for a used replacement in excellent condition and have it replaced. If you want Infinity to replace the dash, don’t bother asking them. The car is 12 years old and this is a typical problem for older cars. It’s a shame it happened, especially since you take such good care of it, but them’s the breaks. Stuff happens, and this time it happened to you.
