My car just failed it’s mot due to the heat shield under new regulations but i don’t remember it falling off or it coming up as an advisory how much do these things cost to replace had a quote want to make sure I’m not getting ripped off thanks ---

You used the term ’ MOT ’ and that makes me think you are in England and most of the regular members here are in the USA. Surely you have muffler shops just like we do so ask one of them for an estimate . ---
