My Impala hesitates at 2,000 RPMs At every speed level. My mechanic and the Chevy dealer can’t figure this out. HELP

Then you need to find another mechanic and Chevrolet dealer. Look for a good independent mechanic…they make their bread and butter on these kinds of problems.
